This technology of static riveting ability is perfect. It may apply to process electric plating rivet without damage the coating, also it can be used to rivet plastics and ceramic materials if the appropriate feeding and pressure adjustment. In addition the riveting stability is very good, generally it can also complete riveting smoothly even if the rivet misalignment or non-clamping. Due to the radial riveting force is smaller than that of orbital riveting, thus riveting effects is no bad deformation (rod bending, pier thick), smaller internal stress, no crack, zero rejection rate.

Orbital riveting machine adopts the technology of the cold pendulum grinding forming, riveting quality is slightly lower than the radial riveting. Riveting material deformation is along the circumferential direction, form a round cellulosic flow, resistance load is a bit lower than that of radial riveting machine. Generally it can complete riveting under the conditions of rivet relatively alignment and tightly clamping, it will produce a little bit of internal stress.
